Ants and Grasshoppers

A summer day. The grasshopper is sitting in the sun and playing the violin. An ant passed by with a large piece of corn on its back.

“That corn looks heavy,” said the Grasshopper. “Come and play with me”

Ants are tired and hot. He pointed to a pile of corn. “I can’t. This is my winter food,” said the ant. “There was no food at that time. So I have to prepare from now on”

The grasshopper laughed. “Don’t worry about winter,” said the grasshopper. “It’s summer now and there’s plenty of food”

Before long, the weather turned cold, heavy snow.

The grasshopper looked for food but he couldn’t find anything.
