+ Reported speech (Indirect sentence), also known as a narrative sentence, is a narration of someone else’s words, not fully narrating the words, but the meaning remains the same and is not enclosed in quotation marks.
When changing direct sentences, it is necessary to change the subject (pronoun), reverse the tense for the verb and change the adverb of time and place accordingly.
Structure:
S1 + say(s)/ said (that)+ S2 + verb
S1 + tell(s)/ told + O + (that) + S2 + verb
Ex: “I feel really fed up with my job.” said Susan.
=> Susan said that she felt really fed up with her job.
+ Conditional sentences Type 1 (Type 1 conditional) is used to express events/conditions that are likely to happen in the present or in the future.

Ex: If it is sunny, I will go fishing. (If it’s sunny, I’ll go fishing.)
+ Conditional sentences Type 2 (Type 2 conditional) is used to talk about an event/condition that cannot happen in the present or future.
